Receiving massage on a regular basis helps to alleviate tension and stress in the nervous system, creating flexibility and a greater range of motion.

I am certified in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage—Prenatal Massage and Reflexology. All treatments are infused with Reiki, promoting deep rest and relaxation.

Deep Tissue and Deep Swedish combo – 60 minutes – $95.00

Deep Tissue and Deep Swedish combo – 75.00 minutes – $115.00 

Reiki with scalp and foot massage – 45 minutes – $75.00

 

Swedish Massage

A relaxing, full body massage soothing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart, Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Not usually a full body massage, deep tissue massage concentrates on up to three problem areas and is excellent for treating sciatica, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis or any muscular pain you are experiencing. I usually add this to a Swedish style Massage if asked for.

Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Massage

This is a highly therapeutic massage that concentrates on minute areas of attachments, fascia and insertions of muscle onto the bone that might be experiencing pain. Pressing into these ‘trigger points’ releases the tension in muscles and creates a balance between the nervous and muscular system.
